Full disclosure: I don’t like to read (most) books.
I suspect this sounds strange to some of you.
I understand the desire to explore ideas, experience stories, learn, and grow through reading. But you see, the problem I’ve had with books for a long time is that most of them come from minds and hearts deeply buried in the ways and thoughtforms of the non-magical muggle world, even, and often especially, those that claim they are not. So, the ideas, concepts, and stories shared are equally deeply rooted in that world, and I, for one, refuse more schooling and programming in the muggle ways.
Now, you may say that I miss some gems by doing that, and I grant you that I very likely do. But since I have the exquisite fortune to live with Kay, who creates books and other materials chuck-full of gems of a magical world, a reality far removed from the muggle version, I’m okay with, possibly, missing some others.
Ever since I read The Reluctant Shaman and later Sacred Link, I have been speechless at the breadth and depth of teachings Kay can condense, often into a single paragraph or page.
I feel her mastery of this craft has reached new levels in her latest work, THE WEAVINGS—DAWN OF A NEW WORLD.
As I read it, I often feel I should share this paragraph with you. Oh, how about this one, or maybe this one? It literally goes on like that throughout.
And I will share some.
For now, you can go to https://amzn.to/4eQwo2S and create your own experience of that.
Make a happy life.
Live well!
Love and Song,
Helmut
