“No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it.”
- Einstein
Yet, here we are, a world full of people trying to solve problems from the same level of consciousness that created them.
It will never work; it can’t.
It doesn’t take a genius to see the extent of the monumental crisis we face in all areas of our lives and the devastating effects they all have on us.
There are many people who are sincere in their desire to help and trying to make a difference; few of them realize that we cannot solve any of the severe crises that we face; we cannot create any fundamental, lasting change that will hold for generations to come until we deal with the crisis underlying all others, our crisis of consciousness.
Part of the problem is that most don’t know that our level of consciousness is the root cause of all our problems and all our challenges and, thus, have not yet developed a burning desire to raise it.
As a people, we are lost, blind to reality, and out of control; we indeed have a crisis of consciousness on our hands.
Everything is upside down and backward, everything. And while most are blind to this state of affairs, at the same time, they live with such tremendous arrogance, believing that the way they see themselves and the world is the “right” way, possibly the only way, and everything would be just fine if everyone else could think as they do and see the world as they do.
Our elders, Domano and Chea Hetaka, describe us as a culture based on the backward turning wheel. Everything in our culture is based on the energy of a backward-turning wheel, which takes everything apart and destroys everything in its path, in the end, even itself.
We have been here before. The history of humanity, as passed down by the ancient teachings, says that we have been here before, at least three times, maybe four, depending on what ancient tradition tells the story. We have gone through the transition from an old world that was falling apart into a new world a few times before. And just as today, at the end of those worlds, everything was upside down and backward; life was all based on the backward-turning wheel energies, and in the end, everything fell apart, and people started to build a new world cause we are a dang resilient bunch.
We are here again today at the same place because, as the teachings say, the last time we went through this transition, people picked up the broken pieces of the backward-turning wheel and used them to build the foundation of the new world. Inevitably, in doing so, that world’s structure, the world that we see currently falling apart, was again based on the energies that take everything apart, and so it was destined to end just like the worlds before. And that’s where we are today.
So the big lesson for us is to not, under any circumstances, pick up the broken pieces of the old backward-turning wheel world this time to build the new one but rather to create the new world on entirely new models, new structures of being, and living.
This is a tall order, considering how deeply we are stuck and buried in our old ways of being, living, and experiencing ourselves and the world from our old asleep states of consciousness.
That is why developing a burning desire to raise our consciousness out of the darkness it has been squished into is crucial to ensure that the foundation of the new world is based on entirely new models, on completely new ways of being and living. To accomplish that, we need to fundamentally change our ways of thinking and feeling. To do that, we need to, first and foremost, break out of the ways we have learned, the ways we have been programmed to think and live, and realize that we will only be able to do that if we completely stop allowing ourselves and our children to be indoctrinated by the same systems of education and learning in our culture that continue to teach and program us and our children the principles of the backward-turning wheel asleep ways of life.
When we free ourselves from the systems of programming of the old dying world, we are then free to learn about the new ways of thinking and being and living needed to build a new and different future, and we will not pick up the pieces of the old broken backward-turning wheel and instead build the new world and a different future that is entirely based on the new models of living we have learned.
We have an opportunity of a millennium to not pick up the pieces of the broken wheel and instead build a world, a future that is a paradise for humanity and all life, the kind of paradise our beautiful beloved planet, our mother, our home, was initially intended to become.
That’s what the Weaving Teachings that the spirits gave Kay are all about for us to create the foundational structures for our new ways of thinking and living and being upon which we can build this new world.
That’s why the spirits gave us the Weaving teachings and ceremonies so that we would be able to manifest those foundational structures in our 3D reality.
That’s why, every year, our community gathers to do the Weaving Ceremonies following the instructions laid out by the spirits in the Weaving teachings. And that’s why some of the Weavers continue to weave a new world in this way throughout the year.
That’s why we will continue to offer these teachings and do these ceremonies with our community until we draw our last breath in this lifetime.
And it is our hope and vision that these ceremonies will be carried forward into the future for as long as they are needed until we indeed have created a new world guided by the weaving teachings without any pieces from the backward turning wheel being a part of it.
That is our hope for humanity’s future. That is our goal. That is our life. That is the heart dance of our community and the humanity of all of its people.
